Cancellation, Refunds, and Data Retention

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After this period, your subscription will not renew, and your access to the platform will end.

We operate a strict no-refunds policy. This includes, but is not limited to:

• No refunds for partial use of services.
• No refunds for unused time remaining on your plan.
• No refunds for failure to cancel prior to the renewal date.

In limited circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may offer a refund if you contact us within 48 hours of a renewal charge.

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly). For yearly plans, we will send a renewal reminder 7 days prior to the renewal date. It remains your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancellations.

In the event of a payment failure, we will attempt to retry the payment up to three times over three days. If payment remains unsuccessful after this period, your account will be suspended until payment is resolved.

Following cancellation, we will retain your account data for 60 days. During this period, you may reactivate your subscription without loss of data. After 60 days, your data may be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

You may reactivate your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. No reactivation fees apply.
